Mancala KayTerms of Service

1) Acceptance
By installing or using Mancala Kay (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. We may update these Terms; see the date above. Material updates may be announced in‑app.
2) Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 10 and older. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. If you are under 13, you may use the App only with a parent/guardian’s permission and supervision.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, please contact us at support@mancala-kay.com to request verification and deletion of such information.
3) Account & identity
No account is required. This version does not require you to create an account. Coins and simple settings are stored locally on your device. For technical identifiers processed by crash/ads SDKs solely to operate the App, see the Privacy Policy.
4) Gameplay & nearby features
- The App implements the Toukay/Warri/Mancala variant with capture‑on‑four and related rules described in the App.
- This version offers Defy IA and 2 Player nearby on the same device only; Online play is not available yet, this will be release in a new version.
5) Virtual items & economy
- “Coins” are virtual and have no real‑world monetary value. They are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.
- Coins are saved locally on your device in this version. Uninstalling or resetting the App may permanently delete your balance; we cannot restore or transfer coins between devices.
- Coins may be earned (e.g., by winning matches or watching a rewarded ad) and spent (e.g., to start matches). Remote app configuration may adjust costs and rewards over time. No real money is involved.
6) Advertising & third parties
- The App integrates Google Mobile Ads (banner/interstitial/rewarded). Frequency caps and probabilities may apply.
- The App uses Firebase (Crashlytics, Remote Config, Messaging) for related features.
- Third‑party terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services.
7) User conduct
Do not cheat, harass, spam, impersonate, infringe rights, or disrupt others. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security/limits. In case of violation, you might be subject to what is required by required law for this matter.
8) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. By using the App, you acknowledge the Policy.
9) Intellectual property & license
We grant you a personal, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the App for entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
10) Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App during the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
12) Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue features at any time. You may stop using the App at any time. These Terms continue to apply to prior use.
