Data covered
Here’s what we can delete or invalidate when you contact us:
- Crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics): we remove matching reports from our Firebase project on request.
- Technical identifiers (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging token, Google Mobile Ads identifier): we invalidate identifiers under our control and, if needed, forward your request to those providers for additional erasure.
- Local data (coins, settings): this remains only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or reset its data.
How to request deletion
- Email support@mancala-kay.com with the subject “Mancala Kay - Data Deletion” and include: the app name, platform (Android/iOS), and if possible your device/session identifier or the approximate time of the last crash.
- We acknowledge the request within 7 business days and remove relevant data from Firebase/AdMob. Aggregated metrics that do not contain individual identifiers are not linkable to a user.
- You receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Retention after deletion
- Crashlytics entries: removed immediately; full purge within 30 days.
- Ad/FCM identifiers: invalidated immediately; caches clear automatically within 30 days.
- Local data: delete manually by uninstalling the app.
