What can be deleted in this version
Here is what we can delete, invalidate, or explain when you contact us:
- Account or profile data associated with online or beta features, when applicable.
- Crash logs and diagnostics (Firebase Crashlytics): we remove matching reports from our Firebase project on request.
- Technical identifiers (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging token, advertising identifiers): we invalidate identifiers under our control and, if needed, forward your request to the relevant providers for additional erasure.
- Local data on your device (coins, settings, local progress): remove it by uninstalling the app or clearing its local storage.
How to request deletion
- Email support@mancala-kay.com with the subject “Mancala Kay - Account or Data Deletion” and include: the app name, platform (Android/iOS), and, if available, the email address, nickname, profile identifier, device/session identifier, or approximate time of the last activity or crash.
- We acknowledge the request, determine whether it concerns account/profile data, provider-controlled identifiers, or records we control directly, and then remove or invalidate the relevant data where applicable.
- You receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
Retention after deletion
- Account or profile data under our control: removed or anonymized as soon as the request is processed, and fully purged within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
- Crash and diagnostic entries: removed immediately; full purge within 30 days.
- Advertising or messaging identifiers: invalidated immediately; caches clear automatically within 30 days.
- Local device data: remove manually by uninstalling the app or clearing local storage.
